Baccarat is a game with no decisions. Once the first four cards are dealt, every draw follows a fixed tableau that both the player and banker hands must obey. That makes the game a closed problem: for any set of cards left in the shoe, you can enumerate every coup that can happen, weight each by how likely it is given the remaining cards, and read off the exact value of every bet.
EZ Baccarat is the commission-free version. Instead of charging 5% on winning Banker bets, the house pushes a Banker win that lands on a three-card 7 (the Dragon 7), and pays optional 40 : 1 and 25 : 1 side bets on that and the matching three-card Player 8 (the Panda 8).
