Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms of Use") is a legal agreement between you and SickFade for your use of the SickFade mobile application ("the App"), available on the Apple App Store and at app.sickfade.com. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

SickFade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not: (a) distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time; (b) copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

3. Description of Service

SickFade provides sports betting analysis, expected value (EV) calculations, player prop picks, and related tools based on statistical models and data analysis. The App is intended for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

SickFade is not a sportsbook and does not accept, process, facilitate, or intermediate any wagers, bets, or gambling transactions. We are strictly a data analytics and information service.

5. Free Trial

SickFade may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the free trial, you will have full access to all features included in your selected plan. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

You may cancel your free trial at any time during the trial period through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

7. No Guarantee of Results

SickFade does not guarantee any profits, returns, or positive outcomes from using our picks, analysis, or any feature of the App. Sports betting inherently involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Responsible Gambling

SickFade strongly encourages responsible gambling. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact:

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including picks, analysis, models, algorithms, software, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of SickFade and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SICKFADE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SICKFADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. SICKFADE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY GAMBLING LOSSES OR FINANCIAL LOSSES YOU INCUR.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services. SickFade is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services, including sportsbooks.

13. Termination

SickFade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
